When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to submit: full name, email address, company, subject and message. Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to process your enquiry; without them, we cannot respond.

Recipients and hosting
Data is accessible only to authorised XIONS GROUP personnel responsible for responding to your enquiry and technical providers strictly necessary for the site to operate. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. XIONS GROUP does not use your data for commercial purposes or sell it to third parties.
Retention period
Data relating to an enquiry is retained for the time needed to process it and then for no more than three years from the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or evidential need requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, withdraw your consent or object to processing, subject to the applicable conditions.
